In Denmark we call December the feast of the hearts... It seems in the states that would be febuary...
Valentangle for the Diva #204...
I was trying to make a heart with my new favorite tangle; Ixorus... Checked with my daugther and though she did see a heart I just wasn't feeling it - so I decided to go all in on the watercolor pencils...
Not really all that happy about it... Maybe all this hearty stuff is getting a bit too much for my taste...
Joey's weekly tangle challenge #47 is also a valentangle...
Again, I'm not that happy... I might just redo that one... Love the string...
String #39

ReplyDeleteI love your two drawings and your two inchies! You might be being a little hard on yourself...
ReplyDeleteLoving the delicate pinks in your creations...AND that first one is my fave...I really see the heart and love that it has the angles. Just goes to show that some of us have more edgy heartstrings!

ReplyDeleteTwo great tiles!
ReplyDeleteI really love your first tile, don't see why you wouldn't be happy with it! :-)
ReplyDeleteLove all your work this week, especially the first tile. Such a luscious color and wonderful tangles. The inchies are adorable too. Great work on all of it!
ReplyDeleteThe heart is definitely there and "yes", here in the US, we celebrate Valentine's Day on February 14th. I think it works very well and that anyone would be happy to receive it for a Valentine's card---although I guess in Denmark, they would wonder why you are giving it to them in February. ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely serene tile the first one is. I like the second one also. Totally different but that makes tangling so nice.
ReplyDeleteEverything is gorgeous. Your inchie stars are wonderful.
